OpenKey’s Digital Key software will work in twine with ResortSuite to provide a more personalized guest experience to its luxury hotel partners.
For more than two decades ResortSuite has been a leading force within the hotel software industry, helping luxury properties provide top of mind guest service. ResortSuite has partnered with notable luxury properties including Hotel Hershey, Miraval, Lodge at Woodloch, Old Course and Champneys.

Whenever a guest makes a reservation within ResortSuite, their phone number will be associated with a Digital Key, and the guest will receive a welcome message explaining how to download the app and how OpenKey works. Their number will then be stored in OpenKey Host and once checked in the guest will receive their key straight to their device. Each Digital Key will be unique per guest, with the exception of sharing with an additional user.
OpenKey’s Digital Key service would add to ResortSuite’s numerous offerings which include modules for helping resorts integrate guest profiles across their property and enhancing guest experiences with online bookings and property-based apps to name a few. Not only does the Digital Key entry provide a more personalized experience for guests, but it also makes it possible to streamline operational workflows, as a key can be automatically issued to a guest upon check-in.
