By partnering with RMS, OpenKey gives hotels the option to issue a Digital Key at check-in with no need for additional onboarding or registration. Hotel staff can simply open the guest’s reservation in RMS, ensure that the guest’s mobile phone number is included in the reservation, and send an encrypted Digital Key to their smartphone.
