OpenKey Releases All-New Guest App
DALLAS – OpenKey, the brand standard for universal Digital Key in hotels, is excited to announce an entirely new OpenKey guest app experience to power its Digital Key technology. The all-new OpenKey app includes a redesigned user interface with new and improved functionality, providing greater value to both guests and hotels, while expanding its platform for the future to enable unmatched guest experiences.
For nearly a decade, OpenKey has brought Digital Key capabilities to hotels around the world via Digital Key technology. With the new OpenKey app, hotels can deliver new guest experiences with even greater value. The OpenKey guest app will empower hotels to engage more with their guests through the touch of their screen.
The new app boasts an architecture that will support many new features and functions, starting with improved access to rooms, the hotel gym, pool, or spa. A sleep aid feature will help guests get a better night’s rest, and, through the new and improved hotel information section, hotels can easily upload pictures of the property, add Wi-Fi information, and include special in-app promotions. Additional guest engagement features will be made available over the coming months.
Even more exciting, the new OpenKey app supports the ability to enable a fully digital check-in experience, communication with guests, and much more.
