Check-In and Receive Your Key
After completing your check-in—either online or at the front desk—you'll receive a secure link via email or text message.
Add the Key to the Wallet
Tap the link and follow the prompts to add your room key to your Wallet on your phone. If you have a paired watch, the key will be added there automatically.
Access your room
Simply hold your phone or compatible paired watch near the door lock to unlock it. With Express Mode enabled by default, there's no need to unlock your device or even open the Wallet app.
